If you鈥檙e between 15 and 29 years old, you can access two hours of virtual therapy at no cost through 天美传媒MV鈥檚 Youth Mental Health program.听Our personalized therapist matching tool lets you choose from 50+ selection options, including race, gender and sexuality. You鈥檒l be able to match with a therapist who understands lived experience, in as little as 24 hours.
You'll also get a one-year complimentary subscription to Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you develop long-term, healthier behaviours so you can meet life鈥檚 challenges with confidence.
