• Mental Health Counselling is included in all plans.

  ������ýMV Mental Health provides secure, virtual mental health therapy with an added level of comfort and personalization. Our advanced matching technology makes it easy to connect with the qualified therapist who meets your needs and reflects what matters to you. Our matching process takes into consideration the clinical specialty and credentials of the therapist, your personal preferences, language, cultural background, religion, and more.  Plus, virtual video counselling eliminates geographical barriers and the need for you to travel to appointments.
  
  Looking for help in-between sessions? We also offer digital resources like articles, videos, and other resources that you can access at your leisure.
  
  Every ������ýMV Insurance plan includes two hours of individual and two hours of couples virtual counselling.  There are no out-of-pocket expenses for these four hours of therapy. To continue your therapy journey, additional virtual sessions are easy to arrange and eligible for coverage under the Psychology benefit of your ������ýMV Insurance plan.

  Pharmacogenetic testing can help your doctor choose the right medication and dose for you, based on your genetic makeup.
  
  If you’re living with moderate to severe depression or anxiety and your current medication isn’t working, you may qualify for this benefit under your ������ýMV Insurance plan. The test is simple.
  
  Because your DNA doesn't change, the report can support future care decisions too.
  
  Pharmacogenetic testing is eligible for coverage under the Medical Services benefit if medical criteria are met.

• Legal Support When You Need It.

  As a ������ýMV Insurance customer, you have free, unlimited access to phone-based legal advice through our partner, Foundever Assistance Services Corporation. Lawyers are available to guide you through many areas of law, from family and criminal to wills, real estate, and civil matters.
  
  You can also request a simple legal letter, have documents (six pages or fewer) reviewed, and receive referrals to local lawyers who offer a 25% discount if fees are paid within 30 days (excluding real estate).
  
  If you’re dealing with identity theft, Foundever will assign a consultant to support you through the full restoration process. Plus, Lifestage Care gives you access to helpful resources for finding care for aging parents or ailing children.
